Group-affiliated teams of three or more can receive a special group rate of $10 per participant, if all group members' pre-registration forms and fees are mailed together by deadline Tuesday May 2nd (postmarked). No t-shirts are provided with this special discount, and no group registrations are accepted race day.

DISCLAIMER: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Steve Prescott, Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati, Inc. (RTLGC) and Cincinnati Right to Life Educational Foundation, Inc. (CRTLEF), officials, volunteers and other sponsors from all claims of damage, demands or actions whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in said athletic event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event; I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. By signing, I hereby give permission without compensation Right to Life to use my likeness in photographs for purposes of promoting the "5K Run for Life" and RTLGC/CRTLEF.
